How to Make Leoty Lemonade

Recipe from our trunk show with Goop Lab

Light, summery, and juicy -- with a bit of a hedonistic twist thanks to the tequila. For summer, we're sipping on a Leoty Lemonade, our featured cocktail at our June 6th event at Goop Lab at Brentwood Country Mart in Los Angeles. The final seal of approval? It's one of host Djuna Bel's favorites at the moment.

Our Leoty Lemonade, made with Health-Ade Kombucha.

Serves: 4


1/4 cup Meyer lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
1/2 cup cold water
1 tablespoon hot water
1/2 cup Pomegranate Health-Ade Kombucha
1 tablespoon honey
1.5 ounces premium tequila
Lemon wedges and fresh mint to serve


1. In a small bowl, combine the honey with the hot water to make a syrup
2. Combine lemon juice, cold water, kombucha, and tequila in a chilled pitcher
3. Stir and sweeten with honey syrup to taste
4. Serve over ice in chilled glasses, and garnish with a lemon slice and fresh mint
